Move Management
King's has perfected its Move Management System to ensure that each employee relocation receives a high degree of customization and personal attention. An experienced relocation coordinator is assigned as the employee's single source contact. King's coordinator will be in contact with the employee (or spouse) to clearly explain the "who, what, when, where and why" at each stage of the moving process. S(he) will follow-up with a confirmation letter detailing all pertinent details of the move and will provide supplementary information that may be of assistance (i.e. destination info, moving tips etc.). The employee's coordinator will be available via a toll-free number, fax or email at all times to answer any questions or alleviate any concerns the transferee may have. Post move surveys are done to determine level of customer satisfaction and to resolve any outstanding issues.
King's will do its utmost to devise a solution or resolution to any problem that arises throughout the move and will ensure the employer is kept informed about these actions. At client-designated intervals, King's will provide relocation performance reports and copies of post move surveys.
Employee Pledge of Performance
Quality service is the number one priority at King's Transfer. To this end, the company makes a significant annual investment in training and skills upgrading for all of its service providers. As part of Kings Transfer's quality initiative all employees are required to sign and adhere to its "Employee Pledge of Performance".
